  • Do not touch pool equipment
  • No Diving in the pool
  • Babies and Toddlers must wear swim diapers in the pool
  • No Glass on Lanai or around Pool Area
  • Security Cameras are on premises for security purposes only and are turned off during your stay

  • Primary renter minimum 30 years old
  • Maximum occupancy 7 people (age 2+)
  • No parties or guests other than those included in registration
  • Be sure doors are locked when you leave the premises

  • Do NOT operate Boat Lift 
  • Fishing is permitted from Dock
  • It is recommended that young children and non-swimmers wear a lifejacket when around the Canal

  • 50% Deposit Due at time of reservation
  • Final Payment Due no later than 30 days prior to reservation date; no refunds after full payment is received
  • $250 damage deposit paid along with final balance; damage deposit will be returned no later than 5 days after vacating property
  • $200 cleaning fee

  • Guests are permitted to use the bicycles & fishing poles
  • Lock up all bikes when out and about
  • Guests may use the grill
  • Clean the grill after use as you would your own
  • Remember to TURN OFF gas to grill when done
